====== Buy Tickets ======

Early bird tickets for [[Event001_Initialize|Event 1 - Initialize]] - cost £65, which will increase to £75 after the 7th of April. There are only 100 player tickets for Event 1, so we would encourage you to buy soon to avoid disappointment.

You don't need to enter your character or group details immediately, that can be done later using the forms we have set up - details of which can be found on [[Event001_Initialize|this page]].

Provided catering for the event is £35. The provisional menu can be found on [[Catering Menu|this page]]. If you would like to avail of the catering, please select that option on the pull-down menu below. Catering is provided OOC by Giddy Kipper (In-character by a [[Clearance Organisation]] subcontractor). If you have any special dietary requirements or health issues you would like to let us know about, please indicate them in the Paypal "send a message to the seller" box at the paypal checkout. The provided catering is optional, so you can bring your own food if you like, but we cannot guarantee the use of any additional facilities like kettles or microwaves. There will be a licensed bar in the In-character hub area where you can buy drinks.

You can pay either by PayPal (below) or by Bank Transfer. If you would prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, please send us an email with your name, ticket preferences and any dietary requirements or other info at [[orionspherelrp@gmail.com]]

Adult tickets are for all player attendees aged 16 or above.

==== Under 7s Tickets ====

Tickets for Children Under 7 are costed purely to cover our per-head site fees (which is £10 for Event 1). Catering for Under 5s is Free, while for 5 and 6 year olds it is half the price of an adult. Please select the option that applies to your child. For free catering tickets for under-5s, you must still choose that option when booking, as it lets us know the numbers to pass on to the caterer. You can indicate any special requirements in the "notes to the seller" on Paypal checkout.

Young children require a named adult who is also attending the event and is directly responsible for them at all times. See [[young people#Children Under 7|this page]] for the rules for children under 7.
