Catering Menu

The provisional catering menu for event 1 - Initialize is listed below. The final menu will be emailed out in the event pack. Accommodations and alterations can be made for people with special dietary requirements - please indicate any requirements you have when booking.

A catered ticket also includes unlimited hot drinks and jugs of squash (blackcurrant and orange).

Friday Evening

  • Creamy ham & mushroom pasta (vegetarian version available)
  • Mexican chilli & rice
  • Vegetarian chilli (made with vegan quorn mince)
  • Accompaniments:
    • Salsa
    • Rustic Guacamole
    • Soured Cream

Saturday & Sunday Breakfast

  • Full English (eggs fried or scrambled, bacon, sausage, beans, tomato, hash brown).
  • Viking porridge

Saturday Lunch

  • 16“ tortilla wraps filled with fresh salad and:
    • Tandoori chicken
    • Falafel (v)
    • Beef, peppers, mushrooms.
  • Homemade mint yoghurt & sauces to accompany (vegan version available)

Saturday Evening

  • Sausage & Mash (2 award-winning sausages from a local butcher with rustic mash & shredded cabbage sauteed with bacon).
  • Pork loin with cider & wholegrain mustard cream (served with rustic mash and seasonal vegetables).
  • Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie (made with vegan quorn mince & served with seasonal vegetables).

Sunday Lunch

  • Jumbo Hot Dogs with onions in a sliced roll (vegetarian version available).
