A Condition that causes all other Psionic Conditions on the target to decay after several events. Along with that, there are some nasty side effects, such as hallucinations, delusions and mood swings as the decaying knot of psionic energy flows into the other parts of their psyche.

It can be treated by a Psionic Surgery to restructure the lingering Psionic Conditions into a version that is less clashing with the subjects personality

From a design perspective, this is a slow “out” of Psionic alterations that make a character effectively unplayable for the player who is playing them. It will not be applied lightly, but should give a more appealing story outcome or the opportunity to change the Conditions at issue with versions that are less problematic to play with.
