Adult tickets for our 2020 events cost £85, which will increase to £100 six weeks prior to each event. Child tickets range from £5-20. There are only 150 player tickets for each 2020 event, so we would encourage you to buy soon to avoid disappointment. Please take a look at the Terms & Conditions of Orion Sphere LRP events prior to booking. £5 from every Adult Ticket goes directly to the fine folks at the UK Starship Bridge Simulator, which is used to maintain and improve the Bridge Simulators and other technological stuff we have at events.

You don't need to enter your character or group details immediately, that can be done later using the forms we have set up - details of which can be found here - Information Forms. You will need a Player ID number to create a new character, which we will send to you after you buy a ticket for the first time.

Catering for the events has not yet been finalised, and will be announced as soon as it is confirmed. It will be possible to pay for catering separately.

Event 6 takes place on the 15-17th of May 2020 in Bravo One, a specialised indoor airsoft and LRP venue in the centre of Birmingham. Early booking ends 3rd of April.

Note that as an indoor venue, Bravo One has a number of quirks that make events held there different from our usual events. If you have any additional questions or concerns please get in touch.

• We have 3 floors of the venue, and will be using one as a “hub area”, while the other two floors are for missions and encounters. There is lift for access purposes. The hub area does have toilets, although there are no showers on the site.
• There are no on-site catering facilities, and due to the sensitivity of the fire alarms cooking is not permitted on site, so there will not be a caterer or meal tickets for Event 6. The site staff can facilitate deliveries from local takeaways, and we will designate certain periods as mealtimes, which will have reduced plot activity.
• As the site is fully indoors, there is no tent camping. Camp beds and sleeping mats can be used to sleep on site overnight, and there may be room for attendees to set up separators or small self-supported (pegless) tents. There are also many hotels within walking distance of the site.
• Areas of the main “hub” floor will be designated as Faction areas, which players can set up in. A few limited areas of OOC and private space will be available in each Faction area on request, and an area will be designated as an OOC chill-out zone on this floor.
• Parking at the site is extremely limited, however, Bravo One has deals with the local NCP and can provide cheap tickets for long stays.
• The site entrance is locked between 11pm and 8am, although it is possible to exit in an emergency.
• No smoking or vaping inside the building. If you wish to smoke, you must do so at a distance from the entrance.

We have a range of jobs to make the event awesome for everyone, and there are opportunities to take on roles as monsters, Referees, NPCs and other event support crew.

As part of the collaborative ethos of Orion Sphere, we are also interested in ideas and stories that you are interested in telling as part of the game, and we intend to involve crew members in creating and fleshing out some of the plot for the event and the wider setting.
